Julie graduated from Seton Hill University with a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies. She continued her education and completed her Doctor of Medical Science from Lynchburg University. She has worked as a Physician Assistant for over fifteen years. While working as a PA, she has provided medical care in support of Marines and Sailors while on ships and during combat operations. She has retired honorably from the U.S. Navy.
She is a member of the American Association of Physician Assistants, Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, American Academy of Neurology and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading and traveling.
